A simple experience for every guest
Each event type can have its own duration, description, questions, and location. On the public page, a guest selects an available date and time, provides the requested details, and receives confirmation. The page is server-rendered, works well when shared, and presents times in the visitor's local timezone. No guest account is required, keeping the path from invitation to confirmed appointment short and understandable.
Availability connected to real calendars
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook accounts can be connected to check conflicts and choose where new appointments are created. Calendinho combines weekly availability, date overrides, and busy events before offering a time. When configured, it also creates the appropriate conferencing link, including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and keeps the booking recorded even when no external destination calendar is available.
Control for individuals and teams
Independent professionals manage event types and working hours from a private dashboard. Clinics, salons, and agencies can organize members, use round-robin distribution, or require collective availability. Operational rules stay separate from the guest page so the business can evolve without adding booking friction. All dates are stored in UTC and displayed in the timezone of the person viewing them.

Agents can discover Calendinho through llms.txt, request Markdown representations of public pages, and consult the API and MCP server documentation. The stable API uses the /api/v1 prefix, publishes a typed OpenAPI schema, and communicates version, deprecation, and request limits through headers. These surfaces support availability discovery, event-type understanding, and authorized integrations without requiring an agent to interpret the visual interface.
