Calendinho is an online scheduling platform for independent professionals and small teams in Brazil. Doctors, therapists, physical therapists, personal trainers, clinics, salons, agencies, and sales teams can publish a booking page where clients choose an available time without creating an account. The product removes repetitive scheduling exchanges from WhatsApp while keeping the guest experience straightforward and personal.
What the product brings together
Calendinho combines weekly availability, date overrides and holidays, event types, custom booking questions, reminders, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook synchronization, and Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom links. Teams can use collective availability and round-robin assignment. Times are stored in UTC and displayed in the appropriate local time zone.

Calendinho is operated by Axiom Technologies, a technology company based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are building the product with a small team and an emphasis on reliability, privacy, and a low-friction guest experience.
