Include the relevant page URL, booking identifier, or other context needed to locate the issue. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment-card data, diagnoses, or personal information that is not required.
Professionals and teams
If you manage an account, first use the Calendinho dashboard to inspect, cancel, or reschedule appointments. When contacting us, include the account email and describe the expected result. Integration questions should identify the provider involved — Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom — and the approximate time of the error with its time zone.
Guests
If you booked through a public page, the professional or team that owns that page is the primary contact for price, address, preparation, cancellation policy, or the professional service itself. Calendinho supplies scheduling infrastructure and does not provide the service advertised by the professional. For rights related to booking data, contact the professional first; email us if you need additional assistance.
